Vanbrugh Court is a purpose-built block of flats in Hove, East Sussex. It comprises 31 flats on five storeys, each with its own private garage or parking space at the rear. The flats vary in size from one to three bedrooms but are predominantly two-bedroom. The fifth storey consists of two spacious penthouses.

The building is of traditional brick cavity construction with reinforced concrete floors and a pitched timber-framed Eternit Slate roof with flat sub-roof areas. All the flats have either a patio or balcony, the penthouse flats each having their own private roof balconies on both sides. On the front of the building the balconies are built of attractive stone and have a distinctive design.

The building is east-west oriented. The front of the building (looking east) is set back from the road behind well-maintained lawns and a shrubbery, overlooking the wide, tree-lined Eaton Gardens.

The building is served by two passenger lifts and there is a linked fire alarm system with emergency lighting to the public way hallways. There is a video entry-phone system controlling access to the building via the main front door and there are two separate entrances to the rear of the building.

All the flats are fully self-contained and have their own services including a pressurised hot water installation. All main services are connected to the building and there are separate meter rooms and a cleaner's room in the basement area at the rear of the building. There is a communal television aerial system plus cable TV wiring and a Sky communal dish for residents that want to have either of them connected.

The building has communal refuse and recycling facilities, with contract cleaners who collect the refuse from each flat daily as well as cleaning and maintaining the public areas to a high standard.

In the basement is a storage area where residents can store bikes or other belongings too bulky to keep in their flats. For more information about the use of these and the other facilities in the block, see the residents' page.
